It looks quite small in the picture, but since our living room is small, and we have a huge sectional sofa, it can barely fit in there. Check out the second picture in this post. That was the old TV and small stand, which are both in the basement now. Now I have to find a nice round end table or accent table for the dead corner. It's like the furniture hunt never ends.

Got a new TV Stand
DH and I went shopping yesterday after work, to get the perfect TV stand for our great new TV. We checked out Crate and Berral, Pottery Barn, Sears, Bob Discount Furniture, Jordan's, and finally found one in Target, that matches the color and style of our living room, and our budget too. It's one of the Avington collection, about 48" wide, has two drawers and two shelves. Perfect size for our TV, and enough room for the DVD player and our Karaokey machine, and can hide all the DVDs and other small items in the drawers. Great. But it is kind of heavy, and took me 3 hours to put it together. Whatever! It looks great, and our living room is finally done. Well almost. Still need to make that slipcover thing for the sectional.
